This is a good resource for data and references on donation and transplantation in the U.S.
National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF)
The NTAF is a not-for-profit resource that helps raise funds for transplant recipients and living donors. NTAF provides fundraising ideas and guidance for patients raising money for uninsured medically related expenses.
